Gerry, Dave and the team will always give you the best advice. I had a situation recently, and Dave could have certainly let me spend money on new tires, but talked me into a few changes that worked. That is the difference between Trek Stop and other shops.
Purchased two bikes for the kids about 6 weeks ago. Great experience, and the kids are super happy and love riding their bikes. They have a great trade-in program for growing kids, which I look forward to.
Can not say enough about this place. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. You could not ask for a better or more trustworthy group of guys to work on your bicycle. And if you are purchasing a new bicycle, even better because you can be sure that if any problems were to arise, they would be addressed with the highest standards. These days many local bike shops do the minimum to get by, or lack the necessary tools to address specific problems and to do it correctly. This group operates with high standards, and it shows. I came to the shop worked with Jason to buy my first bike, Jason was so helpful I asked him a million questions he matched me up at two different bikes, I liked both of them a lot. He basically had to show me how to ride a bike because it's been that long since I've been on a bike. Jason wasn't pushy at all. He showed me all the benefits to both bikes and helped me narrow it down to one help with all the accessories and then when I picked up the bike he set up the bike rack for me on the back of my car. What a great experience
