Such a wonderful experience. Dr. Rando and her assistant were wonderful with my two nine year old dogs. What I most appreciated was that I was listened to when I expressed some of my concerns. Dr. Rando followed up twice to see how my dogs were responding to the shots. My dogs and I are very happy to welcome her to Grafton.
Our family was so lucky to have found Dr. Rando. She cared for our beautiful Millie. Dr. Rando and staff listened to us and above all were in tune to Millie's needs. We wanted a doctor who would follow Millie. We didn't want a big practice or a hospital atmosphere. We received individualized service, which is hard to find nowadays. We cannot say enough great things about Dr. Rando!
